Nous y sommes, ça y est, c’est le grand jour … celui du Carbonara Day ! Et oui, en Italie on ne plaisante pas avec ça. Il s’agit du plat de pâtes le plus cuisiné, et cette recette traditionnelle a donc le droit à sa journée spéciale, célébrée dans le monde entier. Oui, rien que ça. Et pour ne rien vous cacher, entre la gastronomie italienne et mes papilles, c’est une grande histoire. Pourquoi ? Parce que c’est une cuisine simple, authentique, généreuse et pleine d’amour. Alors c’est avec ma gourmandise que j’ai accepté le défi de Barilla, en imaginant une recette de carbonara mais version veggie cette fois-ci. L’essentiel étant de respecter la règle de base de cette recette, qui est de ne pas utiliser de crème fraîche. Sacrilège ! Si vous osez mettre ne serait-qu’une cuillère de crème dans vos carbonara, vous risquez bien de vous attirer les foudres des italiens. Soyez aussi précis dans la cuisson de vos pâtes … plus elles sont al dente mieux c’est ! Il ne me reste plus qu’à vous souhaiter un : Buon Appetito !
Dans une casserole, il y a un désordre apparent, mais si l’on tire sur un spaghetti on peut le suivre du début à la fin.
